Nice apartments and maintenance requests are fulfilled fairly quickly. Metro access is definitely a plus. There are plenty of children that likes playing and hiding inside what's considered the "secured" area--meaning locked gates. Due to the trash, some floors are HORRIBLE compared to others and I truly wished that another plan would be consider for handling. It's an embarrassment to bring people up via elevators, if it’s working, or stairs because of the smell and stained concrete. PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR RIMS!!! ENSURE THEY COME WITH A LOCK!!! (Things have gotten a bit better with both security and the police patrolling). Think twice before leaving your vehicle on the premises without a parking pass. Tow trucks ride around like confused ants. Overall, it's okay to stay for a period of time WITH A PLAN IN MIND. The staff is extremely nice and is always willing to help. Unfortunately, their control is limited. Hope this helps, for God knows it's the truth.

I enjoy the convenience of living near the metro. I enjoy my apartment. DO NOT like how some of the tenants on my floor do not take out their garbage, and leave it in the hallway all weekend, knowing that there is no pick up on the weekends. I DO NOT like how the maintenace of the hallway and stairway are not cleaned.

Nice place. Excellent staff. well designed and nice amenities. UpKeep in public areas (stairwells unsanitary & trash), front gates and gates to building doors should be secured - but remain briken.

1.) Its an ideal place for the young working class individuals. The close proximity to the metro makes it very convenient and the customer service from the representatives are awesome. 2.) Three improvements that the majority of the residents can agree upon: the computer lap issues must be fix, more gym workout machines, and trash pick-up must be on-time. I believe that when a visiting aspirant who wishes to rent an apartment doesn't want to smell trash in the morning when It should have been picked up at night. Also, the business center needs to be more of a quality center for use. Down computers and none working stations is not an excuse. It should be accessible because its what the residents paid for.

It feels really good to come home to a well secured,fun, clean, and relaxed place to live. I would tell them that it is really nice to live in an upscale community where people (residents and staff) really care about where they live. It is very important for me to be surrounded by such a caring and lively community of relaxed living after a hard day of work. I definitely will stay here as long as I can, until my living lifestyle changes. Although, it only has been less than two months that I have lived here with my young daughter, she truly enjoys coming home to such a wonderful place!

It is a very nice complex. Private and convient. Also, people wouldnt be able to break in because their gate has a key thing where you scan your key and it opens only if given from MetroPlace. But, however, the people in the front office are somewhat rude. My mother was trying to buy an apartment here, but she didnt becasue the office people were just so darn rude. Anyway overall, 5/5.

I would tell them to take advantage. I have no big issues. However, once in a while maintanance need to come around for light outages in the garage. There are a lot of lights out in the garage that need a simple bulb replacement. Another thing, is the entrance to the apartment buildings - the floors are really dirty. Every now and then, maintanance should power wash the floors and stair that lead to each apartment entry. My building floor are filthy and a few people that I know that live here say the same thing. It should not take long to clean the hallways and floors. Another side note, replace the light bulbs also in the hall-ways where the apartments are located also. Thank you for taking my thoughts. Otherwise, I enjoy living at Metro Place!

I've enjoyed my time thus far. The staff in the leasing office is wonderful! However, rent it very expensive and often times the gate to my building is broken.

Living at MetroPlace is like living in Paradise. Great location, great amenties, pleasant and courtesy staff. Maintenance is timely. I would truly recommend MetroPlace to future residents.

The rooms fit my KING SIZE furniture and they have a modern design. Those were the two main things that I was looking for in an apartment and I got both. The rent is very reasonable for the nice area that it is and the amenities that they provide like the club house, pool, exercise room, and basketball hoop (so I can practice my J). The fitness room is good, but has the potential to be better if they would fix all of the equipment that is there now (i.e. get all cardio machines working complete with the TV connected). I was extremely BLOWN when I walked down to the outside door to the gym and I buzzed my key fob, but the door did NOT open. There were numerous other fixes that they had like broken key pads, gates to the building not closing, and lights not on; but all of these eventually got fixed. There are a lot of school aged kids around here, big and little. The bus stops are packed so drive slow in the morning. The winter is a little rough when you have to go up the steep hill into the garage and the hill has FROZEN or is covered with snow. The complex needs to be a little better to clear that off. It's a little dangerous for a sports car or any front wheel drive car. The office staff is extremely professional and helpful; they are a definite plus. Being able to pay rent online and use the interactive website is also a plus. Daily trash removal is BIG plus. The tow truck drivers are VERY AGGRESSIVE so ALWAYS make sure that you have a pass in your car window. Overall I'm satisfied and I like being here a lot.

I lived at metroplace since Dec. 2007 and It is the best place you can live with the conveniences it has to offer, such as the beltway, subway, private swimming pool and fitness center. Many apartment complexes are overflowed with teenagers and vehicle traffic and metroplace isn't one of them. No sounds of violence and the only crime we have is rims stolen from vehicles. That's if you have high gloss chrome rims. We upgraded our apt. since 2007 because we like the atmosphere at metroplace.
